North Idaho Home Educator's Association (NIHEA)

North Idaho Home Educator's Association (NIHEA) is a

Christian ministry, honoring our country and flag, providing support to families interested in home schooling.  Its board members open their hearts, homes, and lives to this group of people and work to encourage their members to do the same.  The Scripture verse, which supports this effort, is 1 Peter 4:10, which states:

"Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen."

We invite you to visit us at a monthly meeting! Our members are more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the group and how you can join.

Newsletters, fun activities, field trips, special events, a lending library, high school graduation ceremony, curriculum sale and monthly skate meetings are all included with your membership. This incredible value, at just $5.00 for the school year (Sept - Sept), offers fun and fellowship for the entire family!

NIHEA Mission Statement

We believe that ……

There is one God eternally existing in three persons: the Father; the Son, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Before Salvation, Man is sinful and therefore separated from God who is holy and perfect.

Jesus Christ paid the penalty for our sin through His death on the cross. Jesus also bodily resurrected, ascended into heaven and will return one day to establish His Kingdom.

Only through faith in Jesus Christ and His provision of salvation may we be saved from eternal punishment, enter into God’s family and receive eternal life. The Holy Bible is the inerrant and authoritative Word of God as well as the supreme source of truth for the Christian faith and life.
